This added rest day will be good for me as the last few workouts have been particularly intense. I will resume the workout as normal on Monday. I will also see how far I can go into this cycle....seeing as how I am almost done, I can probably end my 3 Rep Week on the last day I'm in America. I will leave for Japan within 2 weeks at latest so we'll see what happens. Gotta try to join that gym when I get there ASAP. Will report on how that goes and how it is. I'm definitely curious to see how Japan's gym system is compared to here.
